Our initial emphasis was on court collections and compliance driven by our extensive law enforcement and justice system experience. Customer successes have translated into their collection of other monies owed their governmental entity.
We provide them with a single-vendor solution that includes consulting; our proprietary “de facto” collections technologies; hosted technologies; and support by experienced subject matter experts who care. When they call us for assistance, they get a live person here in the United States who is empowered to solve their problem on the spot – not a “your call is very important to us…”, blah, blah, blah.
