We provide them with a single-vendor solution that includes consulting; our proprietary “de facto” collections technologies; hosted technologies; and support by experienced subject matter experts who care.  When they call us for assistance, they get a live person here in the United States who is empowered to solve their problem on the spot – not a “your call is very important to us…”, blah, blah, blah.

Our technology suite is where the company was originally founded.  Its our nostalgic “garage” that has transformed into our skunk works. From this location, we provide Level 1 Help Desk and administrative support: contract management, etc..  We also have an East Coast presence in Cape Coral, Florida and West Coast presence in Encino, California.  We’re very excited about our growth and expansion.
